- We advise student about educational institutions and areas of study to help them make informed decisions.
- Matching student needs with providers and courses.
- Helping students navigate provider application processes and entrance requirements.
- Assisting with document translation and verification.
- Assisting with preparing student travel journey applications.
- Share up-to-date information on government and provider policies (e.g. those relating to travel journeys).
- We offer our services to students without prejudice or discrimination, including in relation to their nationality, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, marital or maternity status.
- We provide pastoral care and student wellbeing support in line with the education agent’s duty of care for all student clients.
- We assist prospective students has particular additional learning needs, and speak with HEIs learning support team so plans can be put in place in time for the students’s arrival.
