The Code of Ethics serves as the foundation of professionalism and integrity in educational consultancy. It ensures that consultants provide accurate, honest, and student-focused guidance at all times. Every consultant must act in the best interest of the student, offering transparent information about universities, programs, fees, visa procedures, and living costs. Misleading advice or false promises should never be made to secure admissions. Consultants must also respect confidentiality, safeguarding students’ personal and academic information throughout the counselling and application process. Ethical consultancy builds trust—not only with students but also with partner institutions and fellow consultants.
