Complaint Procedure

First, talk to the staff member involved for a quick resolution. Many issues are resolved this way.

If the issue isn’t resolved, you can submit a written complaint in person, by post, or via email to ceo@zalinukconsultants.com

Please include:
Your full name and contact details.
A detailed description of your complaint.
Date, time, and location of the incident, and names of staff involved.
Any evidence you have to support your complaint.
Your preferred resolution.

Please make your complaint within 4 weeks of the incident so we can address it promptly.

Our Complaints Resolution Procedures

Upon receiving your complaint, we will record the issue and investigate it within 3-5 working days.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, we may contact you for further information or arrange a meeting.

We aim to provide you with a decision within 20 working days and resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
